- 2 cups of whole-wheat flour
- ½ cup of soy flour
- ½ cup of cornmeal
- ¼ cup of brewer’s yeast
- ¼ cup of dry milk powder
- 1 tablespoon of parsley

- 1 cup of chicken stock
